My name is Ximizu Huynh, and I've spent 20 years in IT consulting, 13 of them on ServiceNow. I've designed and built solutions on ServiceNow since 2013, an experience that helps me spot old decisions still weighing on today's projects.

My work doesn't stop at delivery. I like passing on what I know, training teams, helping them take the reins. A brilliant piece of work nobody can pick up doesn't help anyone.
